The Seat Estate Trust LLP, a Texas Corporation, was formed on July 2, 2008 primarily for the purpose of engaging in the business of investing in and owning interests in professional and collegiate sports teams season tickets and season ticket rights (also referred to as ‘PSLs’).

The trust, through its various funds operates most similarly to a Real Estate Trust, focused on sourcing depreciated seat assets that produce income through the resale of the individual game tickets. SecureSeats.com, LLC is the exclusive retail partner of the Seat Estate Trust and is responsible for the retail selling of the tickets. Because of the geographic diversity of the funds almost all of the selling is managed online.
